Job summary

twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Sales Development / Lead Generation Representative for the US market. This remote role, based in the Philippines, requires aligning with US East Coast business hours and is a full-time position at 40 hours per week.

Compensation starts at $6/hour with additional incentives and benefit stipends. You will perform high-volume outbound calls, set qualified meetings, and contribute to a global sales team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years phone-based inside sales experience required.
• 1+ years outbound B2B cold-calling experience required.
• Strong English fluency (spoken and written) required.
• Confident communicator, comfortable with unscripted conversations with U.S. decision makers.
• Coachable mindset with ability to absorb scripts and adjust on the fly.
• Access to fast, reliable wired Internet for your computer (not Wi-Fi).
• Quiet, uninterrupted working space/environment required.
• Reliable computer and headset with microphone.
• Ability to download and operate software comfortably.
• Availability for 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm US Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based business contacts using provided call lists.
• Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations and listening for buying signals.
• Secure qualified meetings for senior sales reps to follow up.
• Hit call and meeting-setting targets consistently.
• Join weekly team calls and bi-weekly 1-on-1 coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
