Job summary

TrueCollab HR is a US-based HR consulting firm seeking a Business Development Representative to expand our client base remotely from the Philippines. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, following up on email campaigns, making outbound calls, and scheduling discovery calls with the Founder.

This highly outbound, phone-focused role requires confidence speaking with US-based business owners, clear value communication, and disciplined follow-up and activity tracking using HubSpot

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales, business development, outbound sales, appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
• Experience calling US-based businesses or customers in a B2B environment.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, professional communication style.
• Demonstrated confidence with cold and warm outbound calling.
• Strong ability to build rapport, ask effective questions, identify needs, and communicate value over the phone.
• Experience using a CRM to manage contacts, document activities, and track leads (HubSpot preferred).

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects from email outreach through HubSpot.
• Conduct outbound email outreach through structured sequences and personalized messaging.
• Engage prospects professionally and build rapport with business owners and operational leaders.
• Qualify leads based on company size, HR needs, potential fit, and decision-makers.
• Identify prospects who may benefit from TrueCollab HR's services.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the Founder.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, emails, conversations, notes, and outcomes in HubSpot CRM.
• Keep contact and prospect information updated to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Track outreach activity and provide weekly updates on call volume, connection rates, conversations, qualified leads, and pipeline activity.
• Capture and communicate common prospect questions, objections, and feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
• Consistently follow the established outreach cadence and follow up with prospects in a timely manner.
