Resourceful Talent Group is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing tech company serving outdoor recreation. This fully remote, outbound-focused role targets SMBs across the U.S., working U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours.

You will generate qualified meetings for the sales team and engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers, using HubSpot for outreach and follow-up.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR/BDR or similar outbound sales.
• Excellent spoken English with professional phone presence.
• Experience with high-volume outbound calling and cold outreach.
• Experience selling to SMBs; advertising/SaaS/marketing background preferred.
• Comfortable using HubSpot CRM and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Prospect small and medium-sized businesses through phone, email, and other outbound channels.
• Make approximately 50–60 outbound calls per day.
• Engage with business owners and marketing decision-makers.
• Explain the platform's advertising value and generate interest.
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects from campaigns and inbound inquiries.
• Manage outreach and next steps in HubSpot.
• Identify effective messaging and scalable outreach strategies across markets.
• Possibly take on more sales responsibilities as processes evolve.
