Job summary

#twiceasnice Recruiting is seeking a Remote Sales Development / Lead Generation Representative to target US SMBs with outbound calls. You will join a fast-moving, global sales team and set meetings for senior reps. You’ll be trained and supported, with incentives on top of a $6/hour base and a health insurance stipend.

Work hours align with US East Coast business hours (9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET), Monday through Friday. Start ASAP.

Qualifications

• 1+ years phone-based inside sales experience required.
• 1+ years outbound b2b cold-calling experience required.
• Strong English fluency (spoken, written) required.
• Confident communicator with US-style conversations.
• Coachable mindset with script adaptation.
• Reliable wired internet required.
• Quiet, uninterrupted workspace required.
• Computer and headset with microphone required.
• Able to download and operate software.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based business contacts using provided call lists.
• Follow scripts while personalizing conversations and listening for buying signals.
• Secure qualified meetings for senior sales reps to follow up.
• Hit call and meeting-setting targets consistently.
• Join weekly team calls and bi-weekly coaching sessions to sharpen skills.
