OutsourcedIn is seeking an Account Manager – B2B Sales & Client Relationships to manage a portfolio of pharmacy, reseller and healthcare accounts across Australia, with remote work from the Philippines. The role focuses on selling diagnostic kits and medical products through wholesale and reseller channels.

You will develop strong commercial relationships, drive repeat orders, and expand product distribution while meeting revenue targets. Five years of Australian B2B sales experience is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' Australian B2B account management experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing repeat business.
• Strong understanding of the Australian pharmacy, medical, healthcare wholesale market.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of pharmacy, wholesale, reseller and healthcare accounts.
• Build long‑term relationships with pharmacy owners and procurement teams.
• Generate revenue through repeat orders and upselling.
• Maintain CRM records and revenue forecasts.
• Identify opportunities for growth in new territories and reseller channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and on-time delivery.
