Job summary

MicroSourcing, Philippines-based, is hiring an Ecommerce Operations Specialist to manage daily site merchandising updates in Shopify and allied tools, support launches, and keep PDPs accurate for customers.

You will coordinate with ecommerce and development teams, perform QA on desktop and mobile, and ensure promotions and campaigns align with calendars. This remote role is night-shift with competitive rewards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce or digital operations.
• Hands-on Shopify experience.
• Experience with ecommerce merchandising tools.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily and weekly site merchandising updates in Shopify and tools such as Searchspring and Rebuy.
• Maintain collection sorting, product placement and category organization.
• Support product launches and ensure products are ready for go-live.
• Execute homepage updates, including banners and featured collections.
• QA site updates across desktop and mobile.
• Set up promotions in Shopify and validate promotion logic.
• Coordinate with development teams to manage site releases.
