Responsabilités

Job Overview:

Are you a tech-savvy e-commerce pro ready to transform supply chain operations and elevate customer experience?

Our client is seeking a dynamic B2B Shopify Operations & Logistics Specialist to drive retail partnerships, D2C support, and high-impact administrative strategies. In this role, you will build advanced tracking workflows in Asana, manage high-priority purchase orders, and leverage AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to maximize efficiency. We are looking for candidates with hands-on QuickBooks experience for POs and invoicing, strong Excel skills, and a proven background in e-commerce logistics, freight coordination, and Shopify platform management. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and lightning-fast communication are essential to thrive in this position. Experience managing influencer partnerships or marketing initiatives is a distinct plus!

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM UAE Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of B2B fulfillment. This includes creating warehouse orders, coordinating directly with delivery teams, and generating/tracking invoices for retail partnerships.
• Oversee and provide exceptional, high-touch email support for direct consumers. You will handle order modifications, refunds, and inquiries with speed, professionalism, and empathy.
• Build, maintain, and optimize sophisticated tracking systems using Asana to monitor B2B orders, invoice statuses, and payment cycles. Create comprehensive customer service dashboards to analyze interactions, complaints, solutions, and outcomes.
• Support growth initiatives by managing the operational side of influencer partnerships and overseeing promotional product fulfillment.
• Handle diverse, essential administrative tasks that keep the day-to-day business running smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a strict commitment to lightning-fast response times, ensuring urgent purchase orders are accurately processed within a 1–2 hour window.

Requirements:

• Financial & Accounting Tools: Hands-on experience creating and managing purchase orders (POs) and invoices using QuickBooks.
• Logistics & Planning: Proven experience in e-commerce logistics, maintaining shipment planners, and coordinating freight and delivery arrangements.
• Data & Spreadsheet Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting, alongside working knowledge of Asana for project management and system building.
• E-commerce & Administrative Support: Solid experience in administrative operations, customer support, and Shopify platform management.
• Speed & Responsiveness: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to respond to urgent messages within 5–10 minutes during business hours.
• Content & AI Proficiency: Good copywriting skills and experience using ChatGPT to generate, review, and edit written content accurately.
• Attention to Detail & Adaptability: Excellent organisational skills, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to apply feedback promptly.
• Additional Advantage: Previous experience in marketing or managing influencer partnerships would be a plus.
