Job summary

D2B is seeking a motivated eCommerce Specialist for a 100% remote role in the Philippines. You will manage, optimize, and grow our online sales channels, collaborating with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth digital storefront operations and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include managing Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce stores, optimizing listings, planning digital campaigns, and analyzing performance with Google Analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years proven experience managing eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain online stores on Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce and marketplaces.
• Upload and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images and pricing.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including paid ads and email marketing.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools and report to management.
• Coordinate inventory, promotions and fulfillment with internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance and CRO.
• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices.
