Job summary

StaffRight Careers is seeking an Operations Associate in the Philippines to own the Order-to-Cash pipeline and daily operations for a fast-growing brand. You will manage order queues across ERP (DOSS), invoicing, AR, and coordinate with warehouse partners to avoid stockouts.

This role requires 2+ years in ops or admin, proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Amazon/Walmart marketplaces, and the ability to work 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM PT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations, order management, or admin support; CPG/ecommerce/food & beverage background preferred
• Proficient with ERP/inventory systems (DOSS, NetSuite, Cin7, Fishbowl) and QuickBooks Online
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace account upkeep and claims

Responsibilities

• Own order processing and fulfillment: manage daily order queues in ERP (DOSS), fix syncs, monitor stock, coordinate with warehouse and logistics to prevent stockouts
• Drive invoicing and AR collections: ensure accurate invoicing, maintain aging reports, follow up on payments, reconcile accounts in QuickBooks
• Streamline operations and support: respond to routine inquiries, keep clean financial/inventory records, document SOPs, identify bottlenecks for automation
• Manage marketplace and wholesale admin: reconcile inbound shipments (Amazon/Walmart), file claims, complete new wholesale paperwork, track lot/expiry dates, assist with month-end coding
