Job summary

Moxie is hiring a Product Operations Assistant for a remote, US-hours role. You will manage supplies orders for nurse entrepreneurs, register new accounts, monitor orders, place supplier orders, and perform daily reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Have experience working with US customers in a similar role (e-commerce store management).
• Experience working with Shopify (and similar platforms).
• Experience with basic data analysis tools like Microsoft Excel.
• Willing to work US hours (as late as 8am-4pm ET on weekdays).
• Boast strong written and verbal English skills.
• Exhibit high attention to detail and reliability.
• Can execute tasks efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Register new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform.
• Monitor platform for incoming orders and payments.
• Place orders with suppliers when an order is received.
• Daily reconciliations between platform orders and supplier orders.
• Occasional customer service via email to resolve lost or mis-placed orders.
• Escalate serious issues to your manager.
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the process.
• Ad hoc responsibilities including manual testing and data entry.
