Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a B2B Shopify Operations & Logistics Specialist to drive retail partnerships, D2C support, and admin strategies. You will build advanced tracking workflows in Asana, manage POs and invoicing with QuickBooks, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.

Ideal candidates have hands-on QuickBooks experience, strong Excel skills, and a background in e-commerce logistics, freight coordination, and Shopify platform management. Remote, part-time, with immediate hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience with PO creation and invoicing in QuickBooks.
• Strong Excel skills for data tracking and reporting.
• Proven background in e-commerce logistics, freight coordination, and Shopify management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of B2B fulfillment, create warehouse orders, coordinate with delivery teams, and generate invoices.
• Provide high-touch email support for direct consumers, handling modifications, refunds, and inquiries.
• Build and optimize tracking systems in Asana to monitor orders, invoices, and payments; create customer service dashboards.
• Support influencer partnerships and promotional product fulfillment, contributing to growth initiatives.
• Handle essential administrative tasks ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain rapid PO processing within 1–2 hours during business hours.
