Job summary

BruntWork in the UK market seeks a Logistics Coordinator and Customer Service Specialist (UK & EU) to act as the operational backbone for repair and logistics operations with an asset-light model.

You will manage inbound customer communications, projector repair administration, freight procurement, and courier coordination while ensuring accurate data and proactive problem-solving. Remote role with UK business hours and growth opportunities as new platforms launch.

Qualifications

• Professional English (written and spoken) tailored to UK and Irish corporate and consumer clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle UK and Irish customer calls using the Vonage system.
• Direct customers to online booking forms and manage emails in British English.
• Track repair submissions and manage workshop flow from intake to dispatch.
• Coordinate DHL shipments, check parcel details and collection windows.
• Source quotes from UK transport providers and manage freight procurement.
• Book freight, track shipments, and collect POD.
• Onboard independent drivers and manage courier accounts.
• Prepare end-of-day operational reports and maintain records.
