Job summary

LOD Workwear is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Specialist to lead our digital transformation and elevate the online shopper experience. As the first dedicated e-commerce hire, you’ll shape our digital strategy from the ground up and own key channels from Shopify Plus to paid ads.

You’ll drive performance across Google Ads, SEO, social media advertising, and email campaigns (Klaviyo), with a strong focus on B2B e‑commerce and measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Shopify Plus.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and social media advertising.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo.

Responsibilities

• Shopify Plus management to maintain, customize and optimize our store.
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns and SEO efforts.
• Run targeted social media ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and manage a strategic digital marketing calendar for launches and campaigns.
• Create and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo, with A/B tests and analytics.
• Improve B2B e-commerce platform performance and solve related challenges.
