Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a remote Shopify Store Manager (CRO) to own storefront enhancements, funnel architecture, and performance marketing. You will audit and optimize a D2C e-commerce setup, focusing on conversions, checkout flows, and retention automations. Experience with WordPress and paid ads will be essential for driving growth.

The role requires a data-driven approach, end-to-end funnel design, and the ability to test and scale product assortments in a remote, flexible setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing and optimizing Shopify stores with measurable CRO results.
• Portfolio or case studies showing end-to-end ecommerce improvements from concept to launch.
• Strong background in customer journey mapping, landing page design, and conversion optimization.
• Hands-on experience editing and maintaining WordPress sites.
• Experience setting up and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta and Google Ads with ROI impact.
• On-page SEO fundamentals and site architecture refinement.

Responsibilities

• Redesign Shopify storefront for seamless UX from landing page to checkout.
• Optimize WordPress pages and ensure smooth navigation to the Shopify funnel.
• Implement CRO across product listings, collections, and checkout to reduce friction.
• Run continuous A/B tests on product presentation and bundles to lift AOV and conversion rate.
• Design end-to-end funnels and automated retention/abandonment flows.
• Audit apps for marketing automation without hurting site performance.
• Establish tracking to capture shopper behavior, delivery metrics, and KPI reporting.
• Provide weekly performance reports on traffic, conversions, and campaign efficiency.
