A Business Development Representative will conduct outbound calls, send personalized emails and LinkedIn messages, maintain prospect information, and arrange in-person meetings for the local team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in B2B cold calling, outbound business development, and appointment setting.
• Exposure to landscaping, property services, facilities services, or another service-based B2B environment is a plus
• Experience contacting commercial property managers, facility managers, or similar business audiences is a plus

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Contact decision-makers and use research tools to identify prospects.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule in-person meetings and coordinate site visits.
• Prospect Research and Database Maintenance: Maintain and verify contacts in Google Sheets/Drive using Apollo/LinkedIn.
• Documentation and Team Collaboration: Record activities, set follow-ups, and share updates with the CEO and team.
