Job summary

BruntWork in the Philippines is seeking a highly articulate B2B Sales Development & Marketing Specialist to drive outbound prospecting, lead generation, and quota-driven activities from a quiet home office.

You will engage business decision-makers, set appointments, manage campaigns using Mailchimp, and maintain CRM records across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Pipedrive. This independent contractor role offers flexible scheduling (20 hours/week) with EST and BST overlap.

Qualifications

• Excellent English proficiency and professional communication with decision-makers.
• Experience in B2B sales development and outbound prospecting.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect research.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Mailchimp experience for newsletters and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Identify target companies and decision-makers via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule sales calls and manage follow-ups to improve engagement.
• Maintain accurate lead records in CRM and track interactions.
• Create and manage newsletters and campaigns using Mailchimp.
• Follow up on quotations and gather feedback to move opportunities.
• Monitor outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Support continuous improvement of prospecting processes.
