Job summary

Bamboo Works is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to build and own the top of the sales funnel for offshore staffing solutions. You will identify target companies, book qualified meetings, and maintain a data-driven pipeline as part of a fully remote, independent contractor arrangement.

You will test channels, refine ICPs, and hand over warm opportunities to the sales team. Success is measured by quality of meetings, outreach creativity, and long-term client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in B2B lead generation for staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or BPO.
• Able to share funnel metrics (outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, show-up rates, closed clients).
• Build targeted lead lists and identify buying signals independently.
• Hands-on experience with at least one CRM and maintain up-to-date prospect and opportunity records.
• Excellent English communication; comfortable owning targets in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Build a steady flow of qualified meetings with offshore staff prospects.
• Define and refine the ideal customer profile and spot buying signals when a company is ready to offshore.
• Run outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone, and other channels; test, measure, and optimize.
• Qualify and warm up prospects for the sales team to close.
• Keep CRM clean and report full-funnel metrics to drive month-over-month improvements.
