Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to design and write cold email campaigns for a fast-growing B2B sales intelligence platform. You will own the strategy and execution of outbound emails, researching ICPs and pain points, building copy angles, and optimizing results.

This writing-first role is remote, requires availability during US business hours, and offers USD payments with paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Substantial B2B outbound email experience with a track record of campaigns that generated real replies and meetings across a variety of SMB verticals.

Responsibilities

• Research ICPs, pain points, and buying triggers across SMB verticals.
• Build copy angles tailored to real prospects.
• Write cold email sequences from subject line through follow-ups.
• Structure sequences with cadence, tone, and escalation per vertical/ICP.
• Develop and test multiple messaging angles per campaign.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A/B test subject lines, openings, CTAs, and sequences.
• Analyze campaign data to improve copy.
• Collaborate with GTM and sales to align messaging and ICP priorities.
