Job summary

SocialFilo is hiring two Business Development Managers for an initial 3-month contract. The role is remote or hybrid, with targets to generate qualified leads, book exploratory meetings, manage pipeline activity, and support proposal follow-ups.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or related fields, strong prospecting skills, and the ability to work independently toward measurable daily and weekly targets.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently with measurable daily and weekly targets.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify B2B prospects using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, email, calls, and other prospecting tools.
• Build targeted lead lists based on SocialFilo’s ideal client profile.
• Conduct outbound outreach and structured follow-ups.
• Book exploratory meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain a live pipeline tracker with clear next steps and follow-up dates.
• Support proposal development, proposal follow-ups, and opportunity progression.
• Provide concise daily and weekly BD updates based on measurable outputs.
