Qualifikationen

• Proven sales experience within staffing or remote staffing agencies (at least 2 years).
• Experience in business development or sales with discovery calls and closing staffing deals.
• Direct experience selling staffing solutions for roles like VAs, EAs, Social Media Managers, Graphic Designers.
• Strong understanding of staffing sales processes from discovery to handover.
• Ability to join client meetings immediately with minimal training or supervision.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven, measurable sales results in staffing services.

Aufgaben

• Conduct introductory and discovery calls with prospective clients and present remote staffing solutions.
• Manage full sales cycle from engagement to closing and onboarding handover.
• Handle inbound leads and pursue outbound opportunities to build pipeline.
• Close staffing engagements for VA, EA, Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer roles and similar positions.
• Lead client conversations, align expectations, explain service model, and plan next steps.
• Maintain organized sales pipeline with records of meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
