Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Business Development Representative to own outbound prospecting and pipeline generation for our fast-growing B2B SaaS offering. You will cold call, email, qualify inbound leads, and book meetings for the sales team while operating 100% remotely.

You will work primarily during US business hours, using HubSpot to manage outreach cadences and maintain accurate CRM records, with a strong emphasis on measurable activity and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound cold calling with a track record of booking meetings.
• Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls daily.
• Proficiency with HubSpot for CRM, sequences, and activity logging.
• Fluent, clear, professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to accounting firms, CPAs, controllers, and finance leaders daily.
• Qualify inbound leads and book demos for the sales team.
• Send outbound emails as part of a structured multi-touch cadence.
• Log all call/email activity in HubSpot and maintain clean pipeline data.
• Meet daily/weekly call volume and meeting targets.
