Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting, or lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Comfort with outbound calls and engaging decision-makers.
• Excellent written and spoken English for US contacts.
• Hands-on with LinkedIn, email outreach, and sales intelligence tools.
• Strong research to identify stakeholders in complex orgs.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales automation.
• Interest in AI and emerging sales tech.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective US clients across brands and publishers.
• Research industries to uncover opportunities where VMG adds value.
• Develop targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, AI, and research.
• Map enterprise accounts, decision-makers, and opportunities across teams.
• Initiate conversations via cold calls, LinkedIn, and personalized emails.
• Create relevant outreach messaging that links business challenges to solutions.
• Build multichannel campaigns and test approaches to improve results.
• Use AI to speed research, signals, and outreach personalization.
• Qualify prospects and arrange meaningful meetings for US BD team.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership on targeting and new markets.
• Track engagement, meetings, opportunities, and campaign performance.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and other CRM systems.
• Share insights to refine VMG's commercial approach.
