GrowthAssistant seeks a Business Development & Demand Generation Specialist to build target account lists, run personalized outbound sequences, and set demos for leadership. You will hunt for signals, hooks, and timely reasons to engage target accounts.

You will enrich data in CRM tools, run ABM-style outreach, and optimize messaging using AI. This is a fully remote role aligned to US business hours and growth-focused teams.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of experience in business development, outbound sales, lead generation, demand generation, or sales development.
• Experience building target account lists and identifying decision-makers.
• Experience with outbound email and LinkedIn outreach.
• Strong research skills and ability to find relevant, account-specific hooks.
• Strong written English and ability to craft clear outbound messaging.
• High ownership, strong work ethic, and proactive follow-through.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve outbound quality and efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain target account lists across franchise, home services, and private equity-backed brands.
• Identify relevant contacts within each account and map stakeholders.
• Enrich contacts and account data in CRM systems.
• Create and manage outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone follow-up.
• Research target accounts for timely hooks, events, or hiring signals.
• Support ABM-style outreach tailored by account, persona, and opportunity.
• Set qualified demos and introductory meetings for leadership.
• Follow up after conferences, webinars, or warm introductions.
• Track outreach activity and leverage AI to improve research and sequence creation.
