Job summary

You will build strong relationships with creative directors and marketing teams, translating requirements into clear briefs and managing timelines and budgets. You’ll work with global production teams, review deliverables with an eye for quality, and take ownership of onboarding, client satisfaction, and growth opportunities across VMG

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related client-facing role.
• Experience independently managing client relationships, ideally with U.S. or international customers.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to lead meetings and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Practical Adobe Photoshop knowledge and an understanding of professional image retouching standards.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to manage briefs, timelines, budgets, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of U.S.-based brand, retail, and marketing clients.
• Lead client meetings and build lasting relationships with key decision makers.
• Translate client requirements into clear briefs and realistic schedules with production teams.
• Provide feedback on image retouching and production work using Photoshop knowledge.
• Oversee onboarding, briefs, workflow development, and ongoing client communication.
