Job summary

Velox Networks Pte Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Digital Marketing Lead to own B2B SaaS growth, demand generation and product marketing. You will steer campaigns, messaging and analytics to generate qualified opportunities and accelerate revenue.

Leading a small team and coordinating with Sales, Development and agencies, you will define buyer personas, optimise website and campaigns, and report on KPIs. The role is remote with a 9-6 schedule and performance-based bonuses after probation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT or related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in digital marketing with strategy and demand generation.
• Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, cloud communications or telecommunications is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, GA4, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and CRM platforms.
• Excellent copywriting, analytical and project management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and quarterly marketing plans.
• Define target industries, buyer personas and value propositions.
• Align marketing initiatives with revenue and business objectives.
• Manage the marketing budget and maximize ROI.
• Own the marketing funnel from awareness to qualified pipeline.
• Plan and optimize SEO, paid search, LinkedIn campaigns, email marketing, webinars, referral programmes and lead nurturing.
• Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Develop product positioning and messaging.
• Create customer case studies, sales collateral and competitive battle cards.
• Support product launches and feature announcements.
• Own the website strategy as the company's primary demand-generation platform.
• Define landing pages, user journeys and conversion improvements.
• Work with the in-house Development Team to implement website enhancements.
• Own marketing KPIs, dashboards and campaign reporting.
• Manage CRM processes, lead tracking and marketing automation.
• Provide recommendations based on analytics.
• Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator.
• Coordinate internal developers and external agencies.
• Work closely with Sales, Support and Product teams.
• Evaluate AI-powered marketing tools.
• Continuously improve marketing processes, experimentation and productivity.
