Velocity Made Good International (PH) Inc. seeks a Business Development Representative to expand VMG’s presence in the U.S. market. You’ll identify decision-makers and engage brands, publishers, and agencies that need creative, production, or technology-enabled services.
You’ll research industries, build targeted lists, and initiate conversations through cold calls, LinkedIn, and personalized emails, using Apollo.io, LinkedIn Navigator, and HubSpot. Become part of a fast-growing global team.
As a Business Development Representative, you'll play an important role in helping VMG expand its presence across the U.S. market.
You'll identify and engage decision‑makers at brands, marketing organizations, publishers, and businesses that could benefit from our creative, production, and technology-enabled services.
Some opportunities will involve companies looking to expand their creative production capacity. Others may involve outsourcing, AI‑enabled workflows, digital publishing, video production, or entirely new ways of working.
Your responsibility is to find the right companies, understand what matters to them, identify the people who influence decisions, and develop compelling reasons to start meaningful conversations.
You'll combine strategic research with confident outreach, using tools such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and AI to discover opportunities that aren't always immediately obvious.
This position offers the freedom to experiment with new prospecting approaches, develop targeted campaigns, and contribute ideas that influence our broader commercial strategy.
You'll have support from experienced sales and marketing professionals, while maintaining the independence to manage your own priorities and take ownership of your results.
You're a natural communicator who enjoys meeting new people, starting conversations, and discovering what makes businesses tick.
You're not intimidated by reaching out to someone you've never met, and you're comfortable engaging professionals at different levels of an organization.
You're persistent without being pushy, commercially curious, and able to turn research into a meaningful reason for someone to take your call.
You enjoy the challenge of finding the right person, developing an interesting approach, and turning an initial conversation into a real business opportunity.
You're organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing your own workload without needing constant direction.
You're also someone who enjoys technology and experimentation. You understand that successful business development increasingly combines human relationships, thoughtful research, and intelligent use of modern tools.
Most importantly, you take ownership of your success. You're willing to test ideas, learn from what doesn't work, and continually look for better ways to deliver results.
Experience in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage:
We value curiosity, initiative, communication skills, and commercial judgment as much as direct industry experience.
If you have a track record of opening doors, building relationships, and creating genuine business opportunities, we're interested in hearing from you.
Work directly with U.S. commercial leadership and develop relationships with decision‑makers at international brands, marketing organizations, and media companies.
You'll gain practical experience in global business development while strengthening the communication, research, and commercial skills that can help advance your career.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute to targeting strategies, identify new markets, develop creative outreach campaigns, and help shape how VMG approaches potential clients.
We want someone who can bring ideas to the table, not simply follow instructions.
You'll use leading sales intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and AI‑powered tools to research companies, identify opportunities, and improve outreach effectiveness.
We encourage experimentation, thoughtful automation, and new approaches that make business development smarter and more effective.
You'll work closely with our U.S. business development leadership, gaining exposure to enterprise sales conversations, commercial strategy, client challenges, and the process of turning initial opportunities into long‑term partnerships.
With nearly 500 professionals across our creative, production, technology, and client services teams, you'll represent an established international business with the expertise and resources to deliver meaningful solutions.
We're a collaborative, relatively flat organization where people are encouraged to think independently, take ownership, and challenge conventional approaches.
We value resourcefulness, curiosity, practical problem‑solving, and people who aren't afraid to try something different.
As you develop your skills and contribute to the growth of our commercial pipeline, you'll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities, deepen your involvement in sales strategy, and build your career within our international business.
This schedule provides direct engagement with the U.S. market and the opportunity to collaborate closely with our international commercial team.
Great business development isn't about sending the most emails or making the most calls.
It's about curiosity, confidence, understanding people, and recognizing opportunities that others might overlook.
At VMG, you'll have the opportunity to build relationships with international businesses, work with modern technology, contribute ideas, and play a meaningful role in the growth of a global company.
You'll have the backing of an established international organization, the freedom to think creatively, and the opportunity to see your efforts develop into real commercial opportunities.
If you're ambitious, commercially curious, and excited about building a successful international sales career, we'd love to hear from you.
