Job summary

Deployed Philippines Inc. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative in Pasig, Philippines. The role focuses on building new B2B pipelines, expanding into Southeast Asia, and maintaining strong client relationships with hospitality and corporate clients.

The position requires 3–4 years of B2B sales experience and fluent English. Remote work is available with a flexible schedule, and knowledge of CRM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant B2B sales experience.
• Fluent English; articulate for pitching to hospitality and corporate clients.
• Able to work autonomously with minimal onboarding; remote hire considered.

Responsibilities

• Cold outbound prospecting to generate new pipeline.
• Reactivating warm leads from existing database and expanding into SEA.
• Identify and approach hospitality groups, developers, interior designers, procurement teams, and trade partners.
• Build relationships from initial outreach through opportunity development.
• Manage sales pipeline and provide regular progress updates.
• Upsell and cross-sell across product range and ensure client satisfaction.
