Job summary

ZigZag Philippines is seeking a proactive Business Development & Growth Executive to identify new opportunities, drive revenue, and expand the client portfolio. Qualifications

2–5 years in business development, lead generation, or related field.
Experience in professional services or marketing-related industries is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal English; comfortable with senior-level outreach.
Able to work independently and stay organized.

Responsibilities

Identify new business opportunities by researching target industries and decision-makers.
Build and maintain a high-quality prospect database and CRM.
Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for senior leaders.
Prepare prospect briefings and coordinate meeting logistics.
Support email marketing campaigns and track outreach performance.
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and suggest process improvements.
Leverage AI tools and sales technologies to improve productivity.
Contribute market intelligence for regional initiatives.
