Job summary

Delegate CX is seeking a Home-Based Business Development and Sales Executive to generate new business by researching target companies and reaching out to founders and decision-makers. You will build relationships, book meetings, and move opportunities through the pipeline from first contact to close.

You’ll manage CRM records, coordinate proposals, and contribute to process improvements while aligning with US operating hours and Philippine time. Experience in proactive B2B sales is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years in proactive B2B sales or business development, ideally in services/training/consulting.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business by researching target companies and identifying founders and key decision-makers.
• Reach out via LinkedIn, email, and other channels; write personalized outreach messages.
• Build relationships, attend virtual events, and maintain CRM records and pipeline.
• Book qualified meetings, coordinate proposals, and assist negotiations toward closing.
• Own CRM cleanliness, reporting, and continuous sales process improvements.
