Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, BPO, or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident handling cold calls and objections.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Results-driven, resilient, organized, and coachable.
• B2B, staffing, or recruitment experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and prospecting.
• Reach prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Research and build qualified lead lists.
• Qualify prospects and book discovery calls.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.
• Track activity, appointments, and pipeline performance.
