Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven sales or BD experience with Australian companies in staffing/recruitment for Filipino talent.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage Australian businesses with staffing needs.
• Sell offshore staffing solutions across admin, customer service, finance, property, sales, marketing, and IT roles.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand hiring needs, budgets, and urgency.
• Position Filipino talent as a cost-effective and scalable solution.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and CRM.
• Provide clear handover notes to the recruitment team.
