Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager & Lead Mining to drive growth, nurture enterprise relationships and close high-value opportunities from a remote Philippines-based team.

The role involves engaging senior decision-makers, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and developing strategic plans to expand our ITAD, asset recovery and reverse logistics solutions across international markets.

Qualifications

5+ years in business development, B2B sales, enterprise sales or similar client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Execute and close deals with qualified prospects.
Set meetings and prepare proposals for opportunities.
Work with qualified leads and account intelligence.
Review prospect research to understand organization, decision-makers and opportunities.
Outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Establish contact with ITAD, asset recovery, reverse logistics and related stakeholders.
Develop relationships across IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sustainability and Finance.
Communicate company capabilities and value proposition clearly.
Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
Maintain consistent follow-up strategies for longer sales cycles.
Coordinate with internal leadership as opportunities progress.
Assist with proposals, pricing discussions and materials as needed.
Maintain CRM records of outreach, conversations and next steps.
