Flexihire Talent is seeking a Sales Manager to own business development and client acquisition. This fully remote, full-time contractor role targets growth across North America with overlap hours for ET.

You will build pipelines, engage with C‑suite and HR leaders, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in B2B sales, proven outbound success, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven ability to generate and close new business.
• Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
• Experience selling to North American clients preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsabilités

• Own business development and new client acquisition for Flexihire Talent.
• Build a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identify opportunities across Canada, USA, and target markets.
• Lead discovery calls to understand client needs and budgets.
• Present recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll, and advisory services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Maintain CRM records and forecast sales activity.
