Capcon Consulting is seeking a high-impact enterprise sales leader to drive the Philippines expansion for a Series C AI skilling platform. You will own end-to-end sales cycles, build relationships with CHROs and HR leaders, and collaborate with SDRs to scale revenue across local verticals.

The role emphasizes closing mid-market and enterprise deals, leveraging an active local network, and expanding key accounts through strategic cross-selling and upsell initiatives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling B2B SaaS, HR tech or corporate learning platforms.
• Active network of CHROs and L&D decision-makers in the Philippines.
• Proven track record of full sales-cycle management and revenue attainment.
• Willingness to lead Philippines expansion.
