My Online Staff is seeking a proactive B2B outbound appointment setter for a permanent remote role with an Australian morning shift. You will identify prospects, run multi-channel outbound campaigns, and book qualified meetings for our clients while enjoying weekends off.

You should have 5+ years of SDR experience, be fluent in English, proficient with Apollo.io and LinkedIn, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B outbound appointment setting or SDR experience.
• Proficient with Apollo.io and LinkedIn for prospecting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience with cold outreach and lead nurturing.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and stay organized.
• Self-motivated, remote-friendly, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting across Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Build and maintain targeted prospect lists based on ICP.
• Execute personalized outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report on KPIs.
