Outsourcing Advantage is seeking an ambitious appointment setter to drive new business conversations with prospective clients in US markets. You will qualify leads, book qualified appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records to support the sales team's pipeline.

The role rewards proactive outreach, structured follow-up, and consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets, with weekly payments and weekends off.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with B2B outreach, cold calling, lead qualification, and booking meetings for a sales team.
• Proficiency with communication tools for email outreach.
• Experience using Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Experience in the communications industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to appointment setting.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets.
