Job summary

Outsourced ph is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to support Australian client portfolios from a home-based setup in the Philippines. You will work with Xero and BGL, maintain client records, and prepare reconciliations under supervisor guidance.

Experience with Australian tax terminology and ongoing CPA studies are preferred. Strong communication and time-management will ensure timely delivery across multiple client files.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an Australian accounting practice or Australian client portfolio.
• Working knowledge of Australian accounting and tax terminology, with proficiency in spreadsheets for reconciliations and working papers.
• Pursuing CPA or other relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Accounting preparation and client data processing.
• Enter and maintain client accounting information accurately, including data from clients who do not use Xero.
• Prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules for review by the Director.
