Outsourced Global Staff in the Philippines is seeking an AU Accounting and SMSF Specialist (Homebased) to support an Australian tax practice with Xero, reconciliations, journals and SMSF work. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong accuracy and the ability to work independently.

You will handle client data processing, prepare journals, perform reconciliations, and assist with SMSF accounting using BGL, with regular online collaboration via Teams or Zoom.

Qualifications

• Intermediate-level accounting capability with experience in journals and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Xero as primary accounting platform.
• Ability to work independently after training and deliver review-ready work.
• Experience with SMSF accounting using BGL is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process client accounting data and journals.
• Complete reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain organized working papers for director review.
• Assist with SMSF accounting using BGL and related schedules.
• Communicate with clients via Teams/Zoom during onboarding and follow-ups.
