Job summary

Outsourced Global Staff is seeking an AU Accounting Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. The role emphasizes day-shift coordination for Australian clients, focusing on accounting preparation, SMSF support, and progressive bookkeeping tasks.

This full-time, work-from-home position requires prior Australian accounting exposure, Xero/BGL knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting an Australian accounting practice or Australian client portfolio.
• Working knowledge of Australian accounting and tax terminology, with proficiency in spreadsheets for reconciliations and working papers.
• Prior experience with BGL, managing multiple client files and competing deadlines, or pursuing a CPA or other relevant professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Accounting preparation and client data processing.
• Self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) accounting support using BGL and established procedures.
• Bookkeeping and independent reconciliations, keeping client records organized.
