Outsourced ph is a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to international clients. The AU Accounting Specialist role is full-time, work-from-home, and based in the Philippines.

You will support Australian accounting practices, using Xero and BGL, manage multiple client files, prepare reconciliations, and ensure data accuracy while communicating with Stew and the director. Working hours align with Australian business days.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an Australian accounting practice or client portfolio.
• Knowledge of Australian accounting and tax terminology; proficient in reconciliations and working papers.
• Experience with BGL; able to manage multiple files and deadlines; pursuing CPA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Accounting preparation and client data processing; ensure accuracy even when clients do not use Xero.
• Support SMSF accounting work using BGL; prepare reconciliations and schedules.
• Bookkeeping duties as required; maintain accurate records and perform routine reconciliations.
• Maintain task ownership and review readiness; document status and deadlines.
• Communicate with onboarding lead via Teams or Zoom; provide concise updates.
• Ensure confidentiality and information security in handling client data.
