Job summary

Acquire Intelligence is seeking an Australian Mortgage Loan Processor to manage residential mortgage applications from initial collection to settlement. You will communicate with borrowers, review documents, prepare loan submissions, and coordinate with lenders to ensure timely approvals and settlements.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of Australian mortgage experience, strong English, and proficiency with ApplyOnline and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum Australian mortgage industry experience.
• Experience processing Australian mortgage applications end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of lender processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience liaising directly with Australian mortgage clients.
• Proficiency with mortgage CRM systems and ApplyOnline.

Responsibilities

• Manage Australian mortgage applications from processing to settlement.
• Prepare accurate loan applications for submission to lenders.
• Track milestones and lender requirements; ensure timely progress.
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers and solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate client files and comply with privacy and lending regulations.
