Job summary

ConnectOS is seeking a Loan Processor to support Australian mortgage brokers with end-to-end loan processing, from pre-submission to post-approval. The role emphasizes accuracy in file submissions, QA checks, and strict adherence to lender requirements and regulatory guidelines.

You will communicate with stakeholders, maintain up-to-date CRM records, and contribute to audit activities while delivering strong customer service daily.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in AU Mortgage.
• Experience in client relations and broker support is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Quality checking the file for submission.
• Perform QA evaluations.
• Review and adjust loan submissions to meet lender requirements and ensure high submission quality.
• Understand lender checklist requirements for loan submission.
• Follow ASIC regulations.
• Upload required client documents in CRM (e.g., identification, income, documents).
• Audit findings: weekly reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders in the loan process.
