Job summary

Outsourcedstaff is seeking an experienced Loan Processor to support Australian clients in a mortgage broking business. You will manage end-to-end loan processing from gathering documents to settlement, liaising with clients, lenders, and solicitors, and maintaining CRM records.

You will collaborate with the broker and admin team, contribute to process improvements, and help train junior staff as the team grows in a flexible, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apply Online.
• Experience with Trello or similar project management tools.
• Australian mortgage broker experience (not just banks or lenders).
• Proven ability to process loans end‑to‑end – Documentation Verification, Application Processing, Lender Submission and Lender Follow‑Up.
• Confidence in directly communicating with clients in a professional, friendly manner.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury or similar.
• Highly organised, proactive, and detail‑oriented.
• Comfortable working under pressure and handling constructive feedback.
• Familiar and comfortable with serviceability calculations and making recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Support the broker with end‑to‑end loan processing for residential and commercial mortgages.
• Manage the loan pipeline from initial application through to settlement.
• Liaise directly with clients to collect required documentation and provide updates.
• Communicate with lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, including MyCrm, Infinity, Mercury or similar.
• Assist in workflow management and task tracking.
• Contribute to process improvements and help establish best practices as the team grows.
• Train and mentor future loan processing staff members as the business expands.
