Job summary

ConnectOS in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced finance professional to support Australian accounting functions, including AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliation. You will process high-volume transactions, ensure accuracy, and maintain payroll records in Xero.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of Australian accounting experience, a relevant degree, and strong Excel skills. The role offers a collaborative finance team and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Australian Accounting (accounting, bookkeeping, or financial administration).
• Australian Accounting degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Payroll processing and payroll administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Xero and accounting software.
• Proficient in Excel; MS Word and Outlook.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and resolve financial discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume financial data entry and transaction processing.
• Execute daily bank reconciliations, including transaction matching and discrepancy resolution.
• Process Accounts Payable transactions: supplier invoices, coding, verification, payment recommendations.
• Manage Accounts Receivable activities: debtor monitoring and collections.
• Maintain payroll and financial records accurately.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and customers to resolve queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain records in Xero and related systems and prepare documentation for reporting.
• Ensure all processes comply with procedures and deadlines.
