The role emphasizes hands-on work with Xero, AP and AR, invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting. The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of bookkeeping experience, an accounting degree, and proven experience servicing Australian clients.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience supporting Australian clients.
• Hands-on experience with Xero.
• Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and email.
• Detail-oriented with good time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform accurate data entry
• Prepare and process client invoicing
• Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations using Xero
• Support senior accounting staff with day-to-day accounting tasks
• Run and prepare reports using various software platforms
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
