• 2+ years in Australian public practice bookkeeping.
• Solid understanding of Australian bookkeeping standards, BAS/IAS, and payroll.
• Proficient with Xero; knowledge of MYOB and QuickBooks is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle bookkeeping in Xero (and occasional MYOB/QuickBooks).
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Data entry from bank feeds and client uploads.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with IAS and BAS preparation (reviewed by senior accountant).
• Prepare journal entries and month-end adjustments.
• Support payroll and STP filings.
