Outsourced is seeking an AU Bookkeeper for a remote, full-time position in the Philippines. You will manage accounts payable and supplier workflows, code invoices in Xero, and support receivables, reconciliations, and month-end activities to assist financial reporting.

You will work with cross-border suppliers, handle multi-currency transactions, and collaborate with the CFO and finance team to maintain accurate records. Home-based with daytime PH hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years of experience in bookkeeping, accounts payable, or similar finance role.
• Strong experience using Xero is essential.
• Experience with ApprovalMax or similar invoice approval platform is desirable.

• End-to-end accounts payable across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Code and enter supplier invoices in Xero; manage approvals and workflows.
• Prepare accounts payable ageing reports and payment proposals.
