Job summary

Twoconnect is seeking an experienced AU Bookkeeper (Xero) to support a growing finance function in the Philippines. The role focuses on accounts payable and accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing and month‑end close.

You will process supplier invoices in Xero, manage weekly payments, reconcile statements, and ensure accurate tax treatment for Australian operations. Proficiency with Odoo, Monday.com and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ bookkeeping experience with day-to-day finance operations.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses incl. invoicing, GST, ABN, BAS.
• Xero certification with hands-on invoicing, coding, reconciliations.
• Proficient with Odoo, Monday.com and Excel; strong data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end accounts payable with PO matching and coding.
• Enter invoices in Xero with correct tax treatment.
• Manage weekly supplier payments and reimbursements.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Handle accounts receivable including invoicing and collections.
• Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Maintain AP/AR ledgers and update statuses in Monday.com.
• Support month-end close and internal reporting.
• Coordinate data flow between Xero, Odoo, and Monday.com.
