Job summary

Twoconnect Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced Finance Officer to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for an Australian business. Responsibilities include AP, payroll support, reconciliations, Xero postings and month-end tasks.

Strong Australian accounting experience and attention to detail are essential. The role covers AP end-to-end processing, payroll input reviews, BAS/GST compliance, and cross-border multi-entity finance activities within a small team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business with an Accounting major is essential.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience as a Finance Officer or senior bookkeeping role is essential.
• Demonstrated experience supporting an Australian business and knowledge of Australian GST, BAS, payroll tax and payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable end to end, including invoice validation, coding and payment preparation.
• Support Australian payroll processing and review payroll inputs for accuracy.
• Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts; prepare month-end journals and accruals.
