TOA Global is seeking an AU Intermediate Bookkeeper in the Philippines to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for Australian SMEs. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, GST, and compliance tasks, using Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks to deliver accurate real-time data.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of dedicated bookkeeping experience, focused on Australian clients or firms.
• Strong knowledge of GST, payroll, and Australian compliance requirements; proficient in Xero.
• Clear communication, accuracy, timeliness, and ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end bookkeeping lifecycle for multiple Australian clients; ensure accurate, timely data entry and reconciliations.
• Handle AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations with high accuracy.
• Prepare payroll, superannuation, BAS/IAS lodgements, and ensure regulatory compliance.
